Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Discord account id and basic profile info from OAuth.
• Arc Raiders username and platform that you enter on the dashboard.
• Revive stats such as lifetime revives, expedition revives, rank, and medals.
• Upload logs, including upload time, detected revive counts, status, failure type, and rejection reasons.

2. Screenshots

Screenshots are used to read your revive stats and to verify that the upload looks like a valid Arc Raiders scoreboard. They may be temporarily stored for processing and manual review. They are not intended to be kept long term once the upload has been handled.

3. How your data is used

• To show your stats on your personal dashboard.
• To place you on the leaderboard by lifetime revives.
• To assign ranks and medals in the Topside Medics Discord server.
• To review uploads that fail automatic checks (for example, unclear screenshots or suspected abuse).

4. Abuse, strikes, and bans

If an upload is confirmed to be abusive or malicious, the profile may receive strikes or be banned from using the service. In that case we may keep basic records such as the number of strikes and a short ban reason so that we can enforce the rules.

5. Data sharing

Your stats may be shown on the public leaderboard and inside the Topside Medics Discord server. We do not sell your data. Data may be stored and processed by third party infrastructure providers such as Supabase.

6. Your choices

If you want your profile and stats removed from the service, you can contact the project owner through the Topside Medics Discord server. Note that some limited information, such as ban records for serious abuse, may be kept so that the same account cannot return and abuse the service again.
